Job Title: Software Integration and Automation Engineer

2-week paid trial period with the potential for employment thereafter

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Integration and Automation Specialist to join our team and drive business workflow automation to achieve the highest levels of efficiency and results. The ideal candidate will have expertise in integrating various software platforms, writing custom code, utilizing APIs, and designing automation workflows tailored to diverse business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Integrate different software platforms to create seamless, automated workflows that maximize business efficiency.
Develop and implement custom code, formulas, and scripts to solve unique business challenges.
Work with APIs to connect various systems, ensuring smooth data flow and functionality across platforms.
Build and optimize automated workflows in tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday.com, Airtable, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Dynamics.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable integration and automation solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integrations and workflows promptly.
Monitor, test, and refine automation processes to ensure reliability and scalability.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in software integration and workflow automation.
Qualifications:

Proven experience integrating different software systems to automate business workflows.
Expertise in Zoho software (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Flow, Zoho Creator) and other platforms.
Strong coding skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar languages).
Extensive knowledge of APIs, including RESTful APIs and webhooks, and experience using tools like Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), Workato, and Pipedream.
Familiarity with software platforms such as Slack, QuickBooks, Airtable, Asana, Trello, and HubSpot.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering fast, efficient solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and clients.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in business process optimization and workflow design.
Familiarity with database management and SQL.
Knowledge of advanced analytics and reporting tools to measure automation success.
