Marketing & Teacher Care Assistant

This position works directly with the marketing director to help strategize, develop, and analyze various marketing initiatives. They will also communicate with teachers that participate in funded educational programs and provide support as needed.

Qualifications

-Competent in the use of Canva
-Strong English communication skills
-Ability to create engaging copy for social media ads and campaigns and eye-catching social media graphics for ads and campaigns
-Customer service skills
-Knowledge of excel and other Microsoft applications
-Resourceful in finding ways to better engage with our audience

Responsibilities

-Assist in creating a social media content plan
-Creating social media content
-Responding to comments and messages on social media and providing answers/solutions
-Graphic design for print marketing materials
-Assist marketing director in keeping projects moving forward
-Documentation of processes
-Assist marketing team in a variety of marketing tasks
-Assist the teacher care team with a variety of tasks.
-Maintain data organization

System Requirements: Owns a laptop or a desktop computer that can do basic research, operate website and email platforms. Internet with at least 100mbps speed.

Working Conditions: Candidate can work from anywhere, with reliable internet access. They must be able to communicate in a clear and prompt manner. It is a full-time position with 40 hours per week. There will be daily communications with team members in the Philippines and the US. Half of the work time will be on the US time schedule and the other half of the work hours are flexible.
