Growth Marketer

We’re looking for a Growth Marketer to join our team and help scale our hypergrowth AI tool. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, technical skills and hands on execution. As a Growth Marketer you’ll design and implement strategies across multiple marketing channels, analyse data to find opportunities and work with stakeholders to drive growth.
You’ll work on website management, email campaigns and content creation using tools like CRM, SEO platforms and analytics dashboards. Your ability to extract insights from data, write marketing copy and adapt to a fast paced environment will be key to success. This is a unique opportunity to grow your skills in a experienced and international team working on AI technology, that is a worldwide leader in it's category.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Growth & Marketing Strategy – Help shape and execute the growth/marketing strategy for a rapidly expanding AI tool, ensuring alignment with business goals.
2. Implementation Across Channels – Implement growth strategies across various platforms, including the website, email marketing campaigns, and content creation.
3. Data Analysis – Gather and analyze business data to uncover insights, identify trends, and drive data-informed decisions.
4. Stakeholder Communication – Communicate progress, insights, and plans with stakeholders to ensure collaboration and alignment across teams.

Requirements:
Experience – Minimum 1 year of hands-on growth marketing or T-shaped marketing experience.
Technical Skills – Proficiency in:
CRM (e.g., MailChimp)
Data Tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
SEO Tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Surfer)
Data Analysis (e.g., Excel)
Website Management (e.g., Webflow)
Data-Driven Mindset – Ability to work with KPIs and analyze data trends to inform marketing strategies.
Copywriting Skills – Capable of writing clear, effective copy for emails, posts, and other marketing materials, leveraging AI tools for support.
Eagerness to Learn – A growth mindset with the willingness to learn and develop as part of a highly experienced international team.
