JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a part-time (20 hours per week) freelance contractor to work with one of our clients as a Marketing Manager focused on demand generation and content strategy. The ideal candidate will drive lead acquisition efforts to generate two won projects per month, emphasizing low-cost channels and CRM efficiency. Key responsibilities include refining email marketing campaigns, managing content such as blog posts and case studies, and tailoring messaging to resonate with SMB and VC investors. A solid understanding of the marketing ecosystem and a knack for demand generation strategies are essential for success in this role.

-Drive demand generation efforts with a goal of acquiring two won projects per month through cost-effective lead acquisition strategies.
-Optimize small paid channels (Google Ads & Facebook Ads) and explore CRM efficiency to enhance lead generation.
-Refine and manage email marketing campaigns to engage and convert leads effectively.
-Develop, polish, and manage content for blog posts and case studies, ensuring alignment with client branding and marketing goals.
-Focus on attracting SMB and VC investor audiences, tailoring content to resonate with these target groups.
-Maintain a deep understanding of the marketing ecosystem to identify and leverage relevant opportunities for growth.

-5+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager, focusing on demand generation, paid ads, email marketing, and content management.
-Proven expertise in building, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across small channels, with a focus on cost-effective lead acquisition.
-Experience with email marketing campaign management, including refinement and optimization for engagement and conversion.
-Skilled in content writing and editing, particularly for blog posts and case studies with a marketing polish.
-Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness.
-Strong understanding of CRM tools and the ability to leverage CRM efficiencies for lead generation.

About the role

Working hours will be overlapping with GMT - London, UK with fixed weekends off
