Job Title: Amazon Virtual Assistant

Rate: $8 per hour

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Amazon Virtual Assistant to join our team at Diversified Hospitality Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our Amazon operations with a focus on ensuring smooth processes, maintaining high standards, and driving results.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central operations.
Create and optimize product listings.
Monitor inventory levels and manage reordering.
Handle customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights.
Assist with marketing strategies, such as running ads and promotions.

Required Skills/Qualifications:
Experience with Amazon Seller Central is required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
Highly trainable, proactive, and a problem-solver.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Ability to assist in team coaching.
Previous experience working with US clients.

Preferred Qualifications:
A positive attitude and adaptability to feedback.
Familiarity with tools related to Amazon and e-commerce management.
