JOB OVERVIEW

AWM-Alliance Real Estate Group Ltd. is a Real Estate Service Company in Vancouver, BC, Canada. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in an ongoing data migration project. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, a keen eye for accuracy, and the ability to work independently to ensure a smooth and efficient migration process. This role requires someone who is proactive, communicative and comfortable working with data entry and basic data management tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation, entry and validation of data for migration
• Organize, review and update records to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Support the data migration team in troubleshooting and resolving data discrepancies
• Communicate with relevant departments to clarify data and update missing information
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed, such as documentation, file management, and reporting
• Assist in creating, updating, and organizing website content as directed by the company, ensuring all materials are accurately presented and compliant with provided guidelines
• Other administrative support as needed

Qualifications:
• 1+ Years of experience in an administrative role; experience with data entry or data management is a plus
• Accurate typing and data entry skills
• Excellent attention to detail – strong ability to handle large data sets with precision and accuracy
• Communication and organizational skills
• Computer Literacy: Proficient with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office Suite, MS word, MS excel, PDF reader)
• Experience with WordPress, Canva and/or Figma is a plus (not mandatory)
• Experience with import and export data between different kinds of software.
