0109 - Sales Development Representative
Need to have qualifications:
- 2+ years in a high volume sales role
- 1+ year making 50+ cold calls per day to US based customers
- 1+ year maintaining CRM records in Hubspot or Salesforce
- Great English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Availability to work 8 hours during 8A - 7P EST, Monday through Friday
Nice to have qualifications:
- Experience selling to homeowners in the US (services, wholesaling, etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Lead Qualification: Assess inbound leads based on set criteria and determine their suitability before referring them to Account Executives (AEs).
- Outbound Calls: Make 50 to 80 calls daily to introduce services and qualify potential customer needs.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct conversations with homeowners to understand their needs and propose solutions.
- Appointment Setting: Arrange meetings or direct handoffs with AEs for qualified leads.
- CRM Management: Accurately record all lead interactions in the CRM system.
- Pipeline Outreach: Re-engage older pipeline customers to identify new opportunities.
- Collaboration: Partner with AEs and the marketing team for seamless lead management.
- Follow-Up: Nurture leads through follow-up calls and
