Vector Illustrator & SVG Specialist

*You are a skilled vector artist with expertise in Adobe Illustrator and a solid understanding of creating and optimizing SVG files.

*You are creative and detail-oriented. You can redraw characters from original assets while maintaining their unique essence and adapting them to fit a cohesive theme.

*You are versatile. You can redraw characters in different positions when needed while ensuring they stay recognizable and aligned with the project’s theme.

*You have technical expertise. You understand SVG optimization for web use and can ensure scalable, lossless images while also exporting PNG files when needed.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Redraw provided character assets to fit a cohesive, fun cartoon style.

*Adapt character poses or designs as needed, based on the original assets provided.

*Create scalable vector graphics (SVG) for web use, ensuring clarity and functionality.

*Export illustrations in additional formats (e.g., PNG) when required.

*Collaborate with the client to refine designs and meet project requirements.


REQUIRED & PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

*Required: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator with a strong portfolio of vector illustrations.

*Required: Experience creating and optimizing SVG files for web use.

*Required: Strong artistic ability, with a demonstrated ability to adapt styles to meet specific themes.

*Preferred: Familiarity with designing assets for interactive web projects.

*Preferred: Prior experience redrawing characters or working on large illustration projects.


CONTRACT DETAILS:

*Trial period: One-month trial to assess compatibility and ensure a mutual fit.


COMPENSATION (paid in crypto):

*$100 a week (based on experience).

*Paid weekly.


Growth opportunities for more hours and responsibilities as the project progresses.

Bonuses and growth opportunities:

Quarterly bonuses based on project milestones.
Potential to take on additional creative responsibilities.

*Test Task (Paid, Fixed Rate of $30):
-Redraw a provided character asset in a fun, cartoon style and deliver it as an SVG file. You’ll have 48 hours to complete the task.

*In-depth Interview (30-60 minutes):
-Discussion about expectations, workflow, and project timeline.

*Offer Extension:
-If selected, you’ll receive a formal offer to join the project.
