Key Responsibilities
Product Listing: Upload, edit, and optimize product listings on [e-commerce platform(s), e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, etc.].
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the team to prevent overselling or out-of-stock issues.
Order Processing: Ensure orders are accurately processed and tracked, coordinating with suppliers or fulfillment centers as needed.
Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a positive shopping experience.
Market Research: Research competitors, trends, and potential new product opportunities.
SEO Optimization: Implement basic SEO strategies to improve product visibility and ranking.
Social Media Assistance: Support marketing efforts by creating posts, engaging with followers, and running promotions if required.
Data Analysis: Generate and analyze sales reports, providing insights to improve performance.
