Data Analyst

Job Overview:

We are actively searching for a driven individual to become an integral part of our dynamic team in the role of Data Analyst. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise with advanced data tools, including Power Query, VBA, and SQL. This is a full-time position that requires a strong foundation in data analysis, exceptional communication skills, and a strong familiarity with the ETL process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and interpret data from various sources to provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports to support decision-making processes.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functionalities, including Power Query, to manage and manipulate data.
- Leverage Power BI to create dynamic dashboards and visualizations (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality in handling all data.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in data extraction and analysis.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and Power Query.
- Proficiency in Power BI or willingness to quickly acquire this skill is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong command of English (both written and spoken).
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently.

Additional Details:

This is a full-time position requiring 8 hours per day. The time zone for this role is Eastern Standard Time (EST).
