We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful **Real Estate Personal Assistant** to support a busy real estate professional. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of **Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC)** contracts and processes and the ability to seamlessly manage both professional and personal tasks.
#### **Real Estate Support**
- Draft and review **TREC contracts**, offers, and amendments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate and coordinate with **clients, title companies, inspectors, sellers, buyers, and lenders** to ensure smooth transactions.
- Schedule and follow up on **inspections, appraisals, closings, and other critical milestones.**
- Manage **CRM systems**, update client information, and track deal progress.
- Handle client updates, feedback, and follow-ups, ensuring exceptional customer service.
#### **Administrative Tasks**
- Maintain an organized **calendar**, scheduling appointments and reminders for work and personal life.
- Assist with personal errands, such as booking **doctor’s appointments, vacations, and other reservations.**
- Organize and prioritize daily tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage correspondence and communications professionally.
#### **Skills and Qualifications**
- **Experience with TREC contracts** and Texas real estate procedures is required.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and general office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling personal and professional matters.
#### **Preferred Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a **real estate environment** or as an executive/personal assistant.
- Knowledge of real estate transaction processes from contract to close.
- Flexible availability to respond to urgent matters.
