Affiliate Marketing Campaign Setup Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to set up and manage a complete affiliate marketing campaign using TrackDesk. This role involves designing and implementing an affiliate program, recruiting affiliates, and optimizing performance to drive results.

Responsibilities:
• Fully set up our affiliate marketing campaign on TrackDesk, including integrations, tracking, and reporting tools.
• Design an effective affiliate program, including commission structures, terms, and guidelines.
• Develop a strategy to recruit high-performing affiliates such as influencers, bloggers, and relevant businesses.
• Create and upload marketing materials (banners, email templates, social media content) to the TrackDesk platform for affiliates to use.
• Ensure all tracking links, payouts, and performance metrics are accurately configured and functional in TrackDesk.
• Analyze affiliate campaign performance using TrackDesk’s reporting tools and suggest optimizations to maximize ROI.
• Provide onboarding and support for affiliates to ensure their success and maintain strong relationships.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in setting up affiliate marketing programs, with expertise in TrackDesk or similar platforms.
• Ability to create compelling affiliate recruitment and marketing strategies.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage affiliates effectively.
• Analytical skills to monitor performance and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Understanding of performance-based marketing and best practices in affiliate networks.
