About Us:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage payroll and financial tracking for our company. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate records, timely payroll processing, and organized financial documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll accurately and on time.
Manage and organize employee timesheets and expense reports.
Record and categorize financial transactions.
Maintain and reconcile accounts, including bank and credit card statements.
Track expenses and assist with financial documentation for tax purposes.
Prepare summary financial reports to support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in payroll management and financial tracking.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
Strong knowledge of Excel and financial reporting tools.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Clear and professional communication skills in English.
