We’re working to build a large supplement company specializing in helping people focus on innovative products.
We have an amazing first product and need your help to launch it. This is where you come in as a PPC ads manager.
Scorecard
The following are important KPI’s to the company:
ACoS below 35?ter the first month
Product is at least 10% profitable overall after the first month on Amazon
ROAS is above 3x after the first month
What Success Looks Like
A successful ads manager will not only properly run ads and keep track of their performance, but will communicate what they are changing and why they are changing with the owner of the company. Explaining your overall thought process as well as the details of the things you’re optimizing week over week will be the most important part of this position.
Mandatory Reporting
You will be asked to turn in two separate reports each week:
A report on the overall profitability of PPC ads and forecasts for the future
A report on the changes made to PPC ads and why you made said changes
Mandatory Meetings
You will meet twice a week with the owner of the company to discuss PPC progress and roadblocks. The meetings will occur at 9 AM EST time on Monday and Thursday.
Key Skills
In order to qualify for this position, you must demonstrate the following skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills (fluent in english)
Ability to analyze PPC data
Experience running large PPC campaigns and product launches
Attentive to details
Ability to teach skills
Experience Requirements
The following are qualifying requirements for this position:
Past experience running PPC campaigns, a minimum of 3 months as a full time operator of an ads account
Past experience launching brand new products, experience in the supplement space is especially valued
