Our agency is **urgently** seeking an experienced and dedicated Social Media Growth Specialist to build Instagram and Threads profiles for female influencers from scratch. Using our proven strategies, you will help generate significant reach and engagement, focusing on the US market.

**Responsibilities:**

- Strategic creation and management of Instagram and Threads profiles for female influencers
- Developing and implementing creative content tailored to the target audience
- Utilizing our strategies to increase reach and optimize profiles for the US market
- Analyzing trends and continuously improving content strategies
- Regular reporting and evaluation of results

**Requirements:**

- **Experience in social media management, preferably in the influencer industry, is mandatory**
- You must have at least **two smartphones**, preferably Apple devices (iPhone 8 or newer)
- High level of loyalty and reliability
- Excellent English skills (C1) in both written and spoken communication
- Strong emotional intelligence (EQ) and analytical thinking skills (IQ)
- Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to new strategies
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms, especially on Instagram and Threads
- A keen eye for aesthetics and the ability to create appealing, audience-focused content
