FEMALE REAL ESTATE COLD CALLER / ISA / VA (EXPERIENCED ONLY)

Seeking a well rounded EXPERIENCED Part Time Real Estate ISA / VA with at least 3 years recent experience within the past year working with realtors/investors.
Duties will be mostly cold calling using Mojo dialer and Followupboss (must be well versed with buyers and sellers: fsbo, expired, probate, etc), texting, admin, skiptracing, managing Followupboss CRM.
Must have little to no accent, excellent communication and followup skills, highly detailed with notes, and reliable.
