Key Responsibilities:

1. Make cold calls to realtor leads, inviting them to mortgage company events.
2. Manage SMS and email marketing campaigns, along with general communication.
3. Perform data entry, update CRM systems, and maintain lead contact databases.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing or cold calling, preferably in the real estate or mortgage sectors.
