We are looking for a seasoned and self-motivated Amazon VA to join our growing team! You will play a key role in overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our client’s Amazon FBA accounts, ensuring products are well-listed, stocked, and shipped efficiently. You will be a key part of our team’s success on the Amazon marketplace.

Responsibilities

Create, manage, and optimize product listings on Seller Central, including accurate descriptions, high-quality images, and competitive keyword research.
Support with product copywriting for our clients.
Oversee inventory management, creating FBA shipment plans, and ensuring on-time deliveries to Amazon warehouses.
Monitor inventory levels and sales data to forecast demand, prevent stockouts, and optimize storage fees.
Oversee Amazon order fulfillment and handle customer complaints as needed.
Monitor customer reviews and respond promptly to address any concerns.
Investigate and resolve customer inquiries related to orders, products, and shipping.
Maintain open communication with Amazon Seller Central to resolve any issues and ensure smooth operations.
Stay up-to-date on Amazon’s policies and best practices to optimize our FBA strategy.
Proactively identify and address potential policy violations to maintain good account health.
Research and implement new strategies to improve overall FBA fulfillment efficiency.
