JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our Business Development Manager with administrative tasks, including scheduling, email management, estimation preparation, and bookkeeping. This role requires someone who is a fast learner, demonstrates proactive problem-solving skills, and has exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate will streamline processes, stay on top of deadlines, and ensure accuracy in all aspects of their work.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing and organizing personal emails, schedules and calendars.
- Assisting with the creation of detailed project estimates, including updating information and ensuring accuracy.
- Communicating with clients and team members to gather necessary details for estimation tasks.
- Filing and maintaining organized digital records.
- Basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and assisting with reconciliation.
- Responding to emails and ensuring timely follow-ups.
** Assisting with additional administrative tasks as required.
