About the Role:
We’re a growing business in the franchise and marketing space, and we need a virtual assistant to join our team. This is more than just an admin role – you’ll be a key player in driving our operations forward and supporting our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Franchise Site Research: Build and maintain a database of potential franchise locations that meet our specifications and target markets.
- Commercial Real Estate Agent Outreach: Compile a database of target real estate agents for proactive outreach.
- LinkedIn Management: Manage the business owner’s LinkedIn account, including connection building, posting updates, and engaging with target profiles.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Keep the sales pipeline up to date, log interactions, and set tasks for follow-ups, supporting your manager wherever possible
- Admin Support: Handle client communications, send documentation, and manage key admin tasks - calendar management etc
- Project Support: Support the team with internal projects, ensuring everything stays on track.
- Process Improvement: Help develop and refine internal business processes to improve efficiency.
Must-Haves:
- Epic Communication Skills: You’ll be working closely with the team, so clear and professional communication is essential.
- Organisational Wizardry: Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and keep everything on track.
- Admin Expertise: Attention to detail is a must – you’ll need to manage
- Ability to Work at Pace: We move fast, and so should you. You’ll need to prioritise and execute efficiently.
- Marketing Knowledge (Highly Regarded): Experience with CRMs,

We are based in Sydney, Australia so you'll need to be available on our timezones business hours (9am - 5pm) - we also can offer flexible working arrangements - i.e start early, finish early, time off during middle of day etc
This can be a full-time role or can be part-time
