Are you an organized, proactive, and creative virtual assistant looking to make an impact? Join our bookkeeping business, where we help business owners simplify their finances and focus on what they do best. We're seeking a talented VA to help us grow by handling content creation, email marketing, and more.

Responsibilities:
Create engaging blog posts and social media content tailored to our audience.
Update and maintain our website to ensure it reflects current services and offerings.
Manage and respond to emails professionally and efficiently.
Generate leads through research, outreach, and follow-up strategies.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and clients.
Assist with general administrative tasks and workflow management.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.
Strong skills in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing.
Familiarity with tools such as Canva, LinkedIn, WordPress, Mailchimp (or similar), and CRM software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
A passion for helping businesses grow and succeed.
