JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Social Media and Webinar Marketing Manager to develop and implement innovative online marketing strategies, promoting our brand, products/services, and webinars. The ideal candidate will excel in social media management, content creation, webinar production, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Develop and execute social media strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).
Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (graphics, videos, posts).
Monitor analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Webinar Marketing
Plan, promote, and execute webinars from concept to delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop webinar content, agendas, and speaker selection.
Design and distribute promotional materials (email invitations, social media posts, banners).
Ensure seamless webinar execution, technical setup, and attendee experience.
Content Creation
Develop compelling blog posts, articles, and email newsletters.
Design visual elements (infographics, banners, social media graphics).
Optimize content for SEO.


Email
Marketing
Craft and send targeted email campaigns to promote webinars, products/services.
Manage email lists, segmentation, and automation.
Analytics and Reporting
Track social media, webinar, and email marketing metrics (engagement, conversion rates).
Analyze data to inform future marketing strategies.
Provide regular performance reports.
Collaboration and Project Management
Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product).
Manage projects, timelines, and budgets.
Industry Trends and Best Practices
Stay updated on social media, webinar marketing, and industry trends.
Apply best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience: 1+ years in social media marketing, webinar management, or digital marketing.

Skills:
Social media platforms (organic and paid advertising).
Webinar software (e.g., Zoom, GoToWebinar).

Email
marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
Content creation (writing, graphic design, video editing).
Analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights).
Project management tools (Asana)

Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinking, creativity, and problem-solving.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
