Key Responsibilities:
As the Content Marketer, you will oversee internal and external communications, SEO-focused writing, and social media management—including Quora,. You will develop content for websites, blogs, videos, sales campaigns, and eBooks. Working with the design team on presentations and pitch decks, you’ll ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator with strong digital marketing skills, a passion for sustainability, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Website Management
Craft external communications like newsletters, announcements, and press releases.
Manage the website and ensure content is up-to-date, accurate, and engaging.
Perform historical content optimization to ensure high-performing evergreen content.
Write SEO-optimized blogs to improve search rankings and audience engagement.
Ensure all content complies with copyright standards and brand guidelines.
Conduct keyword research, topic research, and on-page SEO to improve visibility.
Align all digital content with SEO best practices to maximize impact.
Social Media Management (Including Quora)
Develop, schedule, and publish social media content for the company on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Quora, and others.
Manage the CEO’s social media presence (LinkedIn), establishing him as a thought leader.
Produce videos for YouTube as part of the overall content calendar.
Monitor social engagement, trends, and metrics to optimize strategy.
Sales Communication & Product Content
Write compelling content for sales campaigns, outreach efforts, and product pages.
Collaborate with the sales team to align messaging with product strategy.

Presentations, Pitch Decks, and Ebooks
Collaborate with the design team to create engaging presentations and pitch decks.
Write and publish one eBook per month to educate potential clients and position VECTRA as an industry leader.

Key Competencies & Skills:
Exceptional writing and editing skills in English across multiple formats.
Proficiency in social media management and content scheduling.
Experience with SEO-focused content creation, keyword research, topic research, and on-page SEO.
Collaborative mindset to work effectively with design and sales teams.
Strong project management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
Passion for sustainability and experience in ESG-focused communication.

Experience & Qualifications:
Excellent business/commercial written and verbal English
3 - 7 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media.
Proven experience managing CEO branding and crafting social media strategies.
