Email Campaign Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist with expert experience in Instantly.ai and Apollo.io to drive our email outreach and campaign success. This role requires a proactive individual capable of independently managing email marketing campaigns from strategy through execution, with a focus on maintaining high deliverability, generating positive responses, and optimizing overall engagement. Previous experience in the recruitment industry is a plus, as familiarity with recruiting processes will support our outreach objectives. Responsibilities:

Domain and Email Setup:
Create and manage domains and email addresses, ensuring setup optimizes deliverability and sender reputation.

Campaign Management with Instantly.ai and Apollo.io:
Design, execute, and oversee email marketing campaigns using both Instantly.ai and Apollo.io platforms, focusing on cadence, sequences, and creating compelling, personalized templates for each stage of the customer journey.

Deliverability and Response Rate Optimization:
Implement best practices to maintain high deliverability and response rates, monitoring sender reputation and proactively addressing any issues.

Audience Segmentation and Targeting:
Build and maintain detailed audience segments to ensure emails are tailored and reach the intended audience effectively.

A/B Testing and Performance Optimization:
Conduct A/B tests for subject lines, email copy, templates, send times, and audience segments to optimize engagement and conversion rates.

Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure all email campaigns comply with applicable laws (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and follow industry best practices to maintain a positive sender reputation.

Analytics and Reporting:
Track and report on campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Generate actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.

List Hygiene and Management:
Regularly clean and update email lists to reduce bounce rates, prevent spam complaints, and ensure data accuracy.

Content Strategy and Copywriting:
Develop engaging, value-driven email content that aligns with our brand voice, focusing on driving client engagement and creating positive response opportunities.

Integration with CRM/Marketing Platforms:
Ensure seamless integration between Instantly.ai, Apollo.io, and CRM or other marketing automation platforms to personalize and track client interactions effectively.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
Monitor email marketing trends, new features in Instantly.ai and Apollo.io, and industry best practices to ensure the strategy remains cutting-edge.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with Instantly.ai and Apollo.io, including domain setup, campaign management, and deliverability best practices.
Previous experience in the recruitment industry is a plus.
Strong understanding of email marketing regulations, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliance.
Expertise in A/B testing, segmentation, and audience targeting.
Analytical skills to interpret metrics and data, with a track record of using insights to optimize campaigns.
Exceptional written communication skills with experience in copywriting for email campaigns.
Ability to work independently, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and optimization.
