The Architectural Designer / Technical Specialist will handle technical aspects of projects, from CAD modeling and construction drawings to permit documentation. This role supports the design team with detailed visualizations and assists in technical research to ensure compliance and design quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop CAD models, construction drawings, and 3D visualizations.
- Manage documentation and permit submission processes, including code research and regulatory compliance checks.
- Standardize documentation templates and manage technical drawings to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate with the design lead to translate concepts into detailed, compliant plans.
- Assist the project team by responding to technical queries and supporting construction troubleshooting.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology, with 3+ years of experience in technical drafting.
- Proficiency in Revit and other 3D rendering software.
- Have an eye for design and art composition
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and knowledge of building codes.
- Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple tasks in a small team environment.
- Fluent in English and effective communicator across all platforms
- Provide portfolio or a set of architectural plans produced by you to qualify for this position
