Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate, dynamic, and creative Part-Time Social Media Manager to join our growing team. If you are excited about crafting engaging content, developing innovative strategies, and increasing brand presence across social platforms, we would love to hear from you!

In this role, you’ll manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others, ensuring that our brand stays relevant and connects effectively with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Oversee and develop the company’s social media profiles, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
Content Creation & Curation: Create, curate, and schedule engaging and shareable content (images, videos, blog posts, articles) that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
Strategy Development: Design and execute social media strategies to boost follower growth, increase engagement, and enhance overall brand visibility.
Community Engagement: Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions across all social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
Performance Analysis & Reporting: Regularly track and analyze social media performance, creating reports to evaluate growth, engagement, and return on investment (ROI). Adjust strategies based on data insights.
Trend Monitoring: Stay current with emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring that our social media approach is always innovative and effective.
Requirements:
Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands, businesses, or organizations.
Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and their respective best practices.
Creative Skills: Excellent written and visual communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to create compelling content tailored to each platform.
Tools & Analytics: Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and ability to analyze performance data to refine strategies.
Digital Marketing Knowledge: Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and content marketing strategies is a plus.
