Description: This role is for a Male Nurse Practitioner (NP) specializing in Men’s Health, trained in The Regenerate Way protocols to provide streamlined and personalized care for hormone replacement therapy (HRT), peptide therapy, and supplement support. Below is an outline of the ideal professional:

Responsibilities:

    1.    Patient Communication:
    •    Call patients to explain the necessity and benefits of scheduled blood tests.
    •    Answer questions about the blood test process and clarify any concerns.
    2.    Blood Test Coordination:
    •    Organize blood tests for patients, ensuring seamless scheduling and accurate documentation.
    •    Communicate preparation instructions for the tests (e.g., fasting, specific timing).
    3.    Results Management:
    •    Collect, review, and input blood test results into predefined forms tailored to govern dosing.
    •    Ensure results are accurate and complete before proceeding.
    4.    Treatment Management:
    •    Govern dosing for hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, and supplements strictly based on The Regenerate Way protocols.
    •    Prescribe and suggest medications or therapies for dispensing while staying within protocol guidelines.
    5.    Patient Support and Education:
    •    Educate patients on their treatment plans, expected outcomes, and proper usage of prescribed therapies.
    •    Provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure optimal results.
    6.    Protocol Compliance:
    •    Adhere to strict protocols to ensure consistent, evidence-based care.
    •    Collaborate with supervising practitioners and team members to maintain the highest standard of care.

Preferred Qualifications:

    •    Experience in Hormone and Peptide Therapy: Prior work in men’s health, especially in HRT and peptide therapy, is highly desirable.
