JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to manage and grow our online community hosted on Circle. The ideal candidate will have experience in community management, content creation, and administrative tasks, as well as excellent communication skills and a passion for fostering online engagement. This role involves working closely with the team to create a vibrant, well-organized, and supportive community environment.

Key Responsibilities
Community Management:
- Oversee daily operations within the Circle community platform.
- Engage with members by responding to comments, questions, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Moderate discussions to ensure a positive and respectful environment.
- Welcome new members and guide them through the onboarding process.
- Monitor community metrics (e.g., engagement rates, membership growth) and provide regular reports.

Content Creation & Curation:
- Develop engaging posts, discussions, and content to encourage participation and interaction.
- Assist in scheduling and organizing webinars, live sessions, and events for the community.
- Curate resources, FAQs, and guides tailored to the needs of community members.

Administrative Support:
- Manage and update the Circle platform, ensuring accurate content organization.
- Support membership management, including tracking renewals and troubleshooting access issues.
- Assist in managing community-related email communications and newsletters.

Strategy & Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the team to align community activities with overall business goals.
- Provide feedback and ideas to enhance the community experience.
- Research and implement best practices for community engagement and retention.

Qualifications/Experience:
- Prior experience managing online communities, ideally on Circle or similar platforms (e.g., Slack, Discord, Facebook Groups).
- Background in virtual assistance, customer support, or social media management is a plus.

Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with community management tools and basic analytics.
- Proficiency in organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new tools and platforms.
