Orders2me is a technology company for restaurants. We are seeking a creative and passionate Design & Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand presence and engage our audience. This is a remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the Philippines.

You are a talented and enthusiastic individual with a keen eye for design and a deep understanding of digital marketing. You are proficient in creating visually compelling content, including videos and graphics. You are a skilled communicator, capable of crafting engaging and informative content for various platforms. You are organized, self-motivated, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Job Description:

As our Design & Marketing Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our online presence. Your key responsibilities will include:

Social Media Management:
Developing and implementing social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Creating engaging social media posts, including text, images, and videos
Managing social media communities and responding to comments and inquiries
Monitoring social media performance and analytics

Video Production:
Producing high-quality videos for social media channels and YouTube
Conceptualizing video ideas, scripting, filming, and editing
Optimizing videos for different platforms and audiences

Content Creation:
Writing and designing engaging support articles and tutorials for our products
Creating informative and visually appealing product videos
Maintaining and updating website content

Landing Page Design:
Designing and developing landing pages for various services and offerings
Ensuring landing pages are optimized for conversions and user experience
Collaborating with the sales team to align landing pages with marketing campaigns

Qualifications:
Proven experience in graphic design and digital marketing
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools
Excellent visual communication and storytelling skills
Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field
