Role Vision/Description:

We are seeking a tech-savvy and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our client in managing their digital marketing efforts. While prior experience is an advantage, training will be provided to help the VA excel in this role.

The role involves various digital marketing tasks such as SEO, website design, email marketing, and video editing. A bonus would be familiarity with Shopify, but this is not required.

Potential Tasks:

- Digital Marketing and Content Creation:
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and visibility.
- Assist with website design and updates to maintain a consistent brand identity.
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns to engage customers.
- Edit and produce video content for marketing purposes using Canva or Adobe.
- General Administrative Support:
- Organize digital content into folders and maintain backups.
- Use Squarespace templates for newsletters and maintain brand consistency.

Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in Canva and Adobe for graphic design and video editing.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and website management.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and platforms.
- Bonus: Experience with Shopify (training provided if needed).
- Excellent technical skills with the ability to learn new tools and software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
