What You'll Do. You will...
-Lead the strategy and execution of email marketing campaigns to drive retention and growth for clients.
-Develop engaging email content and ensure campaigns align with client goals and brand guidelines.
-Utilize your expertise in HubSpot to design, schedule, and track email campaigns effectively.
-Analyze campaign performance, provide insights, and implement improvements for better results.
-Use HTML/CSS for email formatting to enhance design and responsiveness.
-Collaborate with clients in the service industry, ideally pest control, to understand their audience and create targeted campaigns.

You might be the one we are looking for if you...
-Have 2+ years experience in email marketing
-Have HubSpot Certification and expertise in using CRM platforms for email marketing.
-Bring a strategic approach with years of experience in email marketing.
-Are skilled in HTML/CSS for crafting responsive and visually appealing emails.
-Have experience in the service industry, preferably pest control.
-Are creative, detail-oriented, and data-driven, innovative and adapt to feedback.
-Are fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
-Are comfortable speaking on video calls.
-Can work in the US Time Zone (graveyard shift in PH or at least 4 hours overlap).
-Are available full time, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
-Have a reliable internet connection and video call setup.
