Role Responsibilities:
• Xero Bookkeeping and Accounting: Reconcile accounts, manage bookkeeping, and create detailed financial reports.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze profit and expenses, providing actionable insights to optimize our financial health.
• Stripe Management: Set up and manage client subscriptions, create invoices, and handle client payments.
• Failed Payment Process: Manage our client payment subscriptions and ensure all payments are up-to-date using our established process.
• Reporting: Provide regular expense and financial performance reports to support strategic decision-making.
