JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive assistant to join our Amazon business team! If you have a passion for e-commerce and basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities:

Track orders to ensure all items purchased are received.
Process refunds and request replacements for items ordered for reselling.
Keep accurate records of purchases and order statuses.
Assist with other basic Amazon Seller Central tasks as needed.
Requirements:

Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive in following up on pending tasks.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Position Details:

Part-time: 20 hours per week - with the possibility of becoming full-time.
Hourly Rate: $3/hour.
