LOCATION: Remote (Permanent)
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, US Central Time
SALARY: Starts at $500/mo
Salary is based on experience, with opportunities for growth and performance-based bonuses.

About the Role:
As our Digital Engagement Specialist, you’ll be the bridge that connects our brand with its online community. From crafting engaging social media posts to designing powerful email campaigns, you’ll play a key role in driving brand awareness, fostering loyalty, and increasing engagement across multiple digital platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy & Content Creation:
- Develop and execute creative social media strategies that amplify our brand voice.
- Create captivating content (text, images, and videos) to build engagement and community.
- Monitor social media trends and performance metrics to adjust strategies for growth.
- Engage with followers, respond to messages, and foster a loyal, active community.


Email Campaigns & Subscriber Engagement:
- Plan, create, and send targeted email campaigns that resonate with our audience.
- Analyze email performance, and optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Segment email lists and tailor content to increase engagement and drive sales.
- Work with the team to ensure cohesive messaging across social and email platforms.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management and email marketing.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
- Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting data to optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative flair with the ability to produce visually appealing content for both email and social media.
