Social Media Manager and Content Creator for Travis - Looking for a Unicorn!

Client Overview:
*Travis is a wonderful client to work with. He’s looking for a unicorn to help him with social media management and content creation.

Client Requirements:
*Must be able to work 20 hours weekly with potential to increase, if everything goes well!
*Must be able to work any 4-hour block between 9am-4pm Eastern Time (US)
*Must have experience with social media management and content creation
*Must be able to manage and handle multiple social media accounts and create content for them as well
*Must have high attention to detail
*Strong written communication skills is nice to have
*Must be super organized
*Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control

Software tools used by the client (it’s okay if you’re not familiar with some of these tools):
*Meta
*Facebook
*Instagram
*TikTok

Responsibilities/Tasks:
Social Media Content Creation and Management (90%)
*Create and schedule 1-3 social media posts per week per client (Travis has around 50 clients).
*Create graphics (Travis already has ideas and sample posts, he just needs graphics to go along with it)
*Develop a content calendar to get 2-3 months ahead in planning.
*Rebrand and repurpose existing posts
*Monitor client’s websites and see if there are events to post about

Secondary Tasks (10%)
*Optimize keywords and content on Google My Business profiles
*Upload customer data and reviews from the spreadsheet to the app

If there's more time:
*Optimize social media profiles for Travis' businesses
*Establish a presence on TikTok
*Implement strategies to increase the follower count
*Utilize social media platforms for business prospecting and setting up meetings
*Come up with a social media strategy that can help Travis get more leads
*Prospecting for local businesses interested in getting more reviews
*Prospecting for local businesses interested in Google Ads.
