Job Description:
Klaviyo Email Marketing Manager
The Klaviyo Email Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the email marketing performance of the deck of clients assigned to them, with the support of the creative team. Primarily focused on the e-commerce space, this is a fast-paced role requiring continual planning and execution of email marketing efforts to stay ahead of market trends and drive results. Must be able to work during EST business hours.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute email marketing strategies using Klaviyo’s full suite of tools.
Collaborate with Design and Content teams to ensure cohesive email designs and messaging.
Analyze email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and suggest optimizations to boost engagement and revenue.
Working with a designer, to implement email campaigns, including flows, automations, and one-off campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with client brands, ensuring consistent tone and messaging.
Stay current on audience preferences and proactively suggest new campaign ideas or email strategies.
Monitor and refine segmentation strategies to improve targeting and personalization.
Research email marketing trends, competitor strategies, and new Klaviyo features to identify growth opportunities.
Conduct A/B testing to improve email performance and uncover actionable insights.

Requirements:
MUST HAVE DIRECT EXPERIENCE WITH KLAVIYO (3+ years)
Proven track record of scaling e-commerce brands through email marketing.
Strong understanding of Klaviyo’s platform, including flows, segmentation, and analytics.
Familiarity with e-commerce customer lifecycle strategies, including retention and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Solid grasp of email deliverability best practices and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to adapt tone for different brands.
Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting data to inform strategies.
Desire to stay on top of email marketing trends in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Ability to work 9:00-6:00pm EST
