-Has OB calling experience
-Has Call Center Experience
-Willing to work under pressure
-Can work on a minimal supervision

Either work 9-6 CST, 11-8 CST or 1-10pmCST
-will make outbound calls ALL day to CE – customer engineers / techs to review in detail a case they have accepted.
-This is literally smile and dial phone ALL day speaking to assigned CE’s and reviewing:
The scope of work
How to represent
Date and time of service event etc.

***Must have skills:
-Perfect written and verbal English
TECHNICAL SKILLS – a techie / a nerd / knows how to setup Wi-Fi at home / a geek / former help desk / tech support
-They must have proven former help desk / tech support
