JOB OVERVIEW

We are a boutique marketing agency specializing in helping Trading Educators and Brands grow and scale. We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Operations Specialist to play a key role in optimizing our processes and driving efficiency as we expand.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
Familiarity with the trading industry or a strong willingness to learn.

Role Overview:

1. Process Observation:

Work closely with the CEO to observe daily operations, gaining a deep understanding of workflows, tools, and challenges.

2. Documentation:

Create detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recurring tasks and critical processes.
Develop SOPs for marketing activities such as ad creation, campaign tracking, and performance analysis.

3. Systems Design:

Identify inefficiencies and recommend tools, automation, or streamlined processes to enhance productivity and scalability.

4. Collaboration:

Partner with the CEO and team to ensure all processes align with business goals and team workflows.

5. Implementation:

Roll out new systems or procedures, provide team training, and ensure consistent adherence to updated workflows.

6. Continuous Improvement:

Regularly review and refine SOPs to adapt to evolving business needs.

Skills & Expertise:

Digital Marketing Expertise (preferred but not required):

-Knowledge of paid advertising strategies.
-Understanding of organic growth strategies, including SEO, content marketing, and social media.
-Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.

Strategic Thinking:

-Ability to align marketing campaigns with broader business objectives.
-Proven experience in optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI and scalability.
