Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager & Virtual Assistant to join our team at National Air Transport. This part-time position is perfect for someone who is self-motivated, flexible, and can take direction well. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in social media management and a proven track record of driving engagement and leads through creative content strategies. As our company evolves, this role has the potential to transition to a full-time position with additional responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Manager Duties:
1. Content Oversight:
- Review all media edits, providing detailed critiques to ensure content aligns with the National Air Transport brand identity and messaging.
- Collaborate with video editors to create engaging and high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
2. Engagement Strategies:
- Develop and implement social media engagement strategies to actively connect with clients, fostering community and building relationships.
- Monitor social media channels to respond to client inquiries and comments promptly.
3. Brand Strategy Meetings:
- Participate in weekly meetings to discuss branding direction, social media performance, and content strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continued growth and enhancement of our online presence.
4. Analytics Tracking:
- Analyze social media metrics and performance data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
- Prepare reports on engagement and lead generation progress to share with the team.
Virtual Assistant Duties:
1. Administrative Support:
- Assist the CEO of National Air Transport with scheduling,
- Manage project timelines and keep track of deadlines for various initiatives.
2. Communication Management:
- Facilitate communication between the CEO and other tea
- Help organize and maintain digital files and records relevant to team projects.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, with a strong portfolio of previous work demonstrating successful engagement strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to critique video content constructively and guide creative professionals.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics tools, and virtual assistant software.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate tea
