Job Title: Sales / Australian Credit Repair Specialist

Location: Remote (Work-from-Home)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $4 AUD per hour + Commission Per Sale


Important Note
The role includes 4 days of unpaid training, which will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge about credit repair processes, our tools, and sales strategies. Attendance for all 4 days is mandatory. Successful completion of the training is required before signing the employment contract.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Conversion: Reach out to prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and SMS to present credit repair services. Convert leads into successful sales by offering tailored solutions.
Client Consultation: Review client credit reports, provide expert advice, and recommend strategies to help them repair their credit.
Credit Repair Management: Assist clients throughout the credit repair process, including documentation collection, communication with creditors, and submitting disputes to credit agencies.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure they receive excellent service and timely updates.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and client feedback.

Requirements:
Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service, ideally in financial services, is highly desirable. Experience in a startup is a plus.
Credit Repair Knowledge: Understanding of Australian credit repair processes is preferred, but not mandatory (training provided).
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess credit reports and provide effective solutions.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools, email, and remote work software.
Self-Driven: Motivated to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
