Branding and Graphic Design Expectations
Create appropriate design deliverables for requested projects (display ads, social media content, presentation template decks, outbound documents, blog images, education resources such as e-books or infographics, and brand identity assets).
Collaborate with the design team to execute the brainstorming, strategy, design, and deliverable phases of the brand identity process for our partners.
Participate in the brand design ideation process. This includes brainstorms for partners and internal brands.
Create logo concepts while sharing the rationale for your solution from information provided in the design brief and Sprint
One review deck for partners during the brand identity process.
Update brand guidelines for our partners and internal brands (VIP Marketing, Craft Creative, and Eric Elliott Brand) as brands and their messaging are refreshed.
Content and Asset Management Expectations
Update VIP’s portfolio accounts as needed and after completing partner branding work.
Execute social graphics and screen recordings capturing your brand design process that will contribute to producing content for VIP Marketing.
Guide visual direction of YouTube thumbnails and social content templates for VIP Marketing.
Initiate and create content for all assets required during the rollout of a Going Forward podcast episode or campaign.
Concept and support the creation of merch designs for our internal brands as needed.
Timeliness and Professionalism Expectations
Move brand identity projects forward in early phases by gathering requirements from tea
Complete all projects before their respective sunset to allow time for internal review and feedback (the sunset associated with a task is the date we share the project externally for approval).
