Role Overview:
We're seeking a hands-on B2B technology marketer to build and execute our web marketing strategy, working directly with our CEO. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to market complex IT services to mid-market companies, particularly multi-location retailers, restaurant chains, and similar nationwide operations with sophisticated IT needs.
Core Responsibilities:
Own and execute our B2B inbound marketing strategy from start to finish
Build content that speaks to IT and operations leaders at multi-site organizations
Develop targeted campaigns for specific verticals (retail, restaurant chains, etc.)
Create and optimize technical content that demonstrates our expertise in multi-site IT deployments
Manage HubSpot workflows that nurture leads through complex ($50K-$300K) sales cycles
Design and execute A/B tests to optimize lead generation and conversion rates
Manage outbound prospecting strategies using
Maintain and optimize our WordPress website for technical audiences
Create data-driven conversion funnels optimized for high-value IT service leads
Set up and manage conversion tracking across all marketing channels
Work directly with CEO to align marketing with business goals
Build and manage relationships with technical content writers and web developers
Develop our marketing team as the company grows
Required Experience:
5+ years of B2B technology marketing experience, specifically in IT services or infrastructure
Proven track record generating leads for large-scale IT service contracts ($50K-$300K range)
Experience marketing to mid-market companies, particularly multi-site operations
Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
Proven experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing methodologies
Track record of successful outbound campaigns using
Advanced WordPress experience, including optimization for B2B lead generation
Experience setting up and analyzing multi-touch attribution models
Demonstrated ability to write and edit technical content about IT infrastructure
Experience managing web developers and technical writers
