Job Description:
Brand Alchemy is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to drive our ongoing growth services, including PR campaigns, media and podcast outreach, and social media coordination. We work with top thought leaders and entrepreneurs, helping them amplify their personal brands through strategic media placements and impactful digital marketing. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for media relations, project management, and social media, who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management & Timelines
- Manage PR, podcast, and social media projects, ensuring on-time or early delivery.
- Track progress, budgets, and deadlines in ClickUp and communicate updates effectively.
- Develop workflows to ensure alignment and efficiency between internal teams and client needs.
2. PR & Media/Podcast Outreach
- Create and implement PR strategies to increase client visibility and brand authority.
- Research and pitch clients to podcasts, media outlets, and influencers in alignment with their brand goals.
- Manage the end-to-end process of securing and scheduling podcast and media appearances.
- Maintain and update a database of media contacts and PR opportunities.
3. Social Media Coordination
- Oversee social media campaign planning and execution to support client growth strategies.
- Monitor engagement and performance metrics, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across platforms.
4. Client Communication & Satisfaction
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and gathering feedback.
- Ensure projects remain within scope and proactively manage changes or challenges.
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their goals are consistently met or exceeded.
5. Team Collaboration & Alignment
- Coordinate with internal teams using Slack, Google Sheets, and Docs to streamline project workflows.
- Work closely with designers, writers, and strategists to ensure deliverables meet Brand Alchemy’s high standards.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability within the team.
6. Budget & Scope Management
- Monitor project budgets and manage scope changes, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
- Handle change orders, ensuring all adjustments are documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in project management, PR/media relations, and social media.
- Expertise in tools such as ClickUp, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Strong understanding of PR tools, podcast outreach strategies, and social media analytics.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proven ability to work with remote teams and coordinate across multiple time zones.
- Nice to have: Experience in personal branding or working with thought leaders/entrepreneurs.
Availability:
- Part-time (20 hours/week) with potential to scale as the role grows.
- Flexible hours, remote role.
