We are a fast-growing LA-based Advertising company in need of an experienced Administrative Assistant (Casting) who can start asap.

What we are looking for:
- Communication Skills: Proficient with the English Language both written and verbal
- A detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Someone with strong interpersonal abilities and a deep understanding of industry standards and practices.
- A creative eye for talent and dedication to diversity and inclusion in the casting process.
- Task-oriented and results-driven
- Works well independently and with a team

What You’ll Do:

Main Tasks: You’ll help us find talent and reach out to them through our CRM. Once talent is confirmed, you’ll coordinate schedules for shoots. Instead of 500-700 people, Each week, you’ll only need to find and book about 30-35 people.

Talent Sourcing and Management:
Assist in sourcing actors, extras, and other talent based on project requirements.
Maintain a database of potential talent, agencies, and industry contacts.

Communication and Liaison:
Serve as a point of contact between the casting team, production team, and talent agents.
Ensure all departments are updated on casting progress and any changes.

Administrative Support:
Handle correspondence, respond to inquiries, and manage contracts and paperwork.
Prepare and distribute casting announcements or breakdowns.
Maintain casting budget and track expenses as needed.
Perform other administrative and research tasks as instructed and needed
