Remote Finance Professional with QuickBooks Expertise

LMR Rental is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Professional with proven expertise in QuickBooks to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing experience with other clients and, preferably, a CPA certification. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance expert who values efficiency, precision, and the flexibility of remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks.
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and analyses.
Assist in developing budgets and financial forecasts.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Collaborate with team members to streamline financial processes.

Qualifications:

Proven experience working with QuickBooks (portfolio required).
Demonstrated success managing financial operations for multiple clients or projects.
CPA certification is highly preferred but not required.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule:

Weekly Pay: $135.00, paid every Friday (Pacific Time, USA).
Hours (Converted to Philippine Time):
Tuesday to Saturday: 1:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Sunday: 2:00 AM – 8:00 AM
