We are expanding our team to drive sales of our API and bulk data validation services, and we’re looking for a talented and driven sales professional to join us.

Key Responsibilities:

- Actively prospect and generate leads for B2B SaaS API and bulk data validation services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring consistent pipeline growth.
- Conduct product demos to showcase the value and capabilities of Searchbug.com’s solutions.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to fit their business requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to optimize client onboarding and retention.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIs.
- Report sales activities and results to the leadership team.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling APIs or data services is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and virtual communication platforms.

- Your first 30 days will be heavily focused on training, learning about Searchbug and the pain points our solutions solve for various industries.

This is a part-time position that can go full-time after 90 days.
Work hours are Monday - Friday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm Pacific Time (PT).

The starting salary is BOE. A monthly base salary during your first 90 days of training and probation will be as follows:
First 30 days - $500
31 - 60
days - We will offer an increase of $100 to $150 based on your first 30 days of performance.
6 - 90 days - We will offer an increase of $100 to $150 based on your first 60 days of performance.
After 90 days, a mutually agreed-upon base salary plus commission or bonus structure will be discussed based on sales ability and the first 90 days of performance.

We will pay you bi-weekly via Wise.com on the 2nd and the 16th of every month. We also offer annual salary reviews with raises and bonuses based on job knowledge, initiative, performance, and attendance.

After 90 days, if you prefer to become a full-time employee, you’ll qualify for three vacation and three sick leaves. We honor most Filipino holidays except All Saints and All Souls Day—you can choose six holidays to take off.

Once full-time and upon completion of 6 months of employment, you will qualify for:
* 13th month
* Several (6) Ph holidays
