What You'll Do:
- Develop strong relationships within the organization to optimize service delivery and ensure all practices meet guidelines and requirements.
- Partner with leaders to track ongoing hiring needs and manage the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and managing offers.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment of open roles including understanding business needs and drafting job specifications, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting candidate interviews and managing the recruitment process with various stakeholders, reference checking and offer management
- Work with external providers to meet hiring needs and ensure all benchmarks, such as time to fill, cost per hire, and diversity hiring, are met.
- Assist in salary negotiations and manage revenue targets.
- Provide insights on market trends and coach leaders to improve effectiveness.
- Lead projects focused on continuous recruiting improvement within the department.
Background & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in a similar recruitment role.(It is a must)
- English Skills: Professional English Level (It is a must)
- Technical Skill: Experience working with Linkedin, Indeed and Recruiting ATS.
- Strong Communication: Ability to interact and build credibility across all levels.
- Organizational Excellence: Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with precision.
- Adaptability: Thrive in dynamic environments and manage change effectively.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively and build strong relationships.
