We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Commissary Tea
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Prepare established recipes to quality standards.
- Prepare fresh fruit, other toppings and other small menu items.
- Portion and package products for distribution to kiosks.
- Assist with the preparation and packaging of takeout orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the commissary kitchen and equipment.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the commissary manager.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Passion for food and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
- Experience with handling frozen dessert machines like soft serve machines, sorbet machines and cold storage tools and equipment is a PLUS.
- Experience in a commercial kitchen or food production environment is a plus.
