MALL KIOSK TEAM MEMBER

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Store Team Members at our SM Megamall kiosk. As a Store Team Member, you will play a key role in creating a positive customer experience, preparing and serving our signature acai dessert menu items, and maintaining a clean and organized kiosk environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and assemble acai bowls and other menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kiosk, including dining areas and food preparation areas.
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Conduct inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
- Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety practices, especially fruit handling.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, friendly, reliable, and honest.
- Experience with handling frozen dessert machines like soft serve machines and blenders is a PLUS.
- Experience in a cafe or similar environment is a PLUS.
