Guest Service and Listing Specialist Booking.com

The role of the Guest Service and Listing Specialist deals with guest communications as well as creating booking.com listings and ensuring they are created and revenue generating for all markets. This position works closely with the Specialist Manager and the Guest Services Manager. Successful candidates in this role have worked with short term rental companies creating listings specializing in booking.com

Their day to day tasks are to ensure listings are being made and that all the administrative sheets with licensing are up to date as this is the life and blood of the business. A pro-active planned approach is what will make this person successful in this role. This role is responsible for Communications for Toronto, Vancouver, New York markets during their shift and resolving Communications issues for guests that arise with guest stays.
